It was necessary to conduct this meeting at this time so that any abatements that were granted would be included in the upcoming tax billing. An information packet was emailed to BOA members which also contained recommended actions on abatement applications from Director Santaniello. His recommendations and notes are established practices. Our meeting began promptly at 4:00 p.m. The BOA met to approve an ATB settlement for 1364 Main St. Below Is a list of the fiscal years at issue and resolution: 1364 MAIN ST SETTLEMENT — 9/152025 FY 2022 VALUE: $5,258,200 ABATE: $858,200 FY 2023 VALUE: $5,413,600 ABATE: $1,013,600 FY 2024 VALUE: $5,413,600 ABATE: S1,013,600 FY 2025 VALUE: $5,620,600 ABATE: $1,420,600 TAXAMT: $11,628.61 NEW VAL: $4,400,000 TAX AMT: $13,389.71 NEW VAL: $4,400,000 TAX AMT: $13,095.71 NEW VAL: $4,400,000 TAX AMT: $17,999 NEW VAL: S4,200,000 With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m. Page I 1
