Call to Order. Meeting was called to order at 6:03pm.

Approvei of Minutes: PBC voted unanou imsly to approve the 09/03/25 Meeting Minutes.

Protect Schedule:
a) 60% design conWuction documents were issued on 09130135.
b) 901% design construction documents to be issued on 10131/25.

c) 100% design construction documents to be issued in late November 2025,
d) Construction Notice to proceed expected in Early February 2028.
e) Please refer to previous issued OPM Milestone Schedule for more information.

a) Turner & Townsend mentioned the budget remains unchanged with updates based on recent project

Sub -Bidders submitted RFQ's and 9 General Contractors submitted RFQ's. Only 1 elevators Contractor
submitted an RFQ therefore, re -advertisement will need to take place

a) Conservation Commission Approvals are complete.
