Committee members discussed the following:
a) 2nd advertisement for Elevators

c) Reviewed Biddocs sooresheel process, notification letter etc.

Committee members reviewed a subcontreclors failing score in the'Capacity to
Complete' Category with reference to Prior Revenue and Revenue Under Contract.
Members reviewed said Contractor's proposal and will review again along with

Committee Chair to check with Biddocs on how their systems calculates the score

Committee member mentioned some of the Contractor's dates on their DCAMM
Certificate of Eligibility recently expired and or close to expiring. Chair mentioned these
dates are often a processing timeline as to when said Contractor's certificate expiration

date is vs their RFO submission. Chair will review DCAMM web site and said contractor
will need to provide updated Certificate at time of bid.
