1. Discussion and vote to accept donation for the RMHS Fitness Center
Dr. Milaschewski shared information about a donation from RMHS alum Claudia Milksen-
Fanaras and expressed sincere thanks. The donation of $200,000 is the first of three
contributions totaling approximately $550,000, which would cover the full cost to renovate
the RMHS fitness center and athletic training room. The project is scheduled to begin the
first week of December, with an anticipated completion date in early January 2026. The
purpose of tonight's meeting is to approve the $200,000 donation, and Claudia will be
invited to an upcoming meeting to share more about the project.
The committee discussed any concerns regarding approving a partial donation now versus
waiting for the full amount. The team is maintaining close contact with Claudia and
confirmed there are no hesitations. Approving partial funding will allow the project to begin
and provide confidence to move forward. The discussion also included accessibility for
students and scheduling open space time for athletes and other students throughout the

day. Options for student access outside of athletics, as well as potential community use,
were noted as topics for future discussion. Naming opportunities will be addressed later
and will remain consistent with district policies.

training room in the amount of $200,000, seconded by Mr. Wise.
