Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 7:02 PM
Approval of Minutes
Minutes from the June meeting were approved unanimously as is.
Treasurer Report
Steve presented the report.
All reimbursements to date have been processed, 18 out of 37. Ashley filled in for Jayna as
treasurer over the summer. Thank you, Ashley!
Steve submitted our annual report to MCC already —priorities and guidelines, membership,
etc.
The financial report is due to MCC on October 15. This is a recap of all grant information.
Review Council positions
Member terms and renewal dates were discussed. Jayna has been reapproved for a 3-year
term. Ace/Liz to reapply in 2026. Steve and Ashley in 2027, although Steve will reach his 5-
year mark at this time.
Slate of officers:
• Steve - Chair
• Ashley - Treasurer
• Liz - Secretary
A motion was raised and seconded to approve this slate. The motion passed unanimously.
Plan the upcoming grant cycle
Steve submitted a request to the Town for our grant cycle signs to be posted on the Common.
The grant cycle began September 2: it will end October 16.
Grant cycle meetings:
• October 29 - Applicant interviews - Zoom (6:30-8:30 with the option of going 6-9 if we need to)
• November 3 -Applicant interviews -Zoom (6:30-8:30 with option of going 6-9 if needed)

• December 1 — Monthly meeting —Zoom — discuss applicants and decide who is being funded and
who is not (denial letters sent by mid -December to allow for appeals)
• January 5 — Monthly meeting — Zoom — determine grant amounts
