Motion made to accept the 9/9/2024 minutes, seconded and all voted in favor

Select Board Update- not present
❑
Property Tax Abatement Program presented by Janet Debow, volunteer coordinator. There was
limited programming timing Covid. The program has been updated for 2024 standards. A motion
was made for the COA to support this program moving forward, seconded and all members voted
in favor. A motion was made to support tax program, seconded and all in attendance voted in
favor.

Friends of Reading Seniors 60+: Update presented by Nora

Chris K. presented the Elder R. Human Services (EHS) Report as well as the Trust Fond and
ARPA Update

Jenne Woods presented an overview of the EHS Budget
❑
A motion was made to support the transfer of $88K from the EHS ARPA funds to cover design
costs for pickle ball , seconded, and all except 1 voted in favor.

RALC PBC Update with draft timeline

Outreach Workgroup Update —Marilyn, Nancy, Jean P

COA Volunteer Job Description was distributed for information

Jean Prato explained that the the High School Volunteer Program is available for the COA to
participate in again. It was agreed that currently there is no defined need for a student but perhaps
in [he some 25.

No action taken on the vote to expend Trust Fonds on Business cards for COA members.
