• Nancy called the meeting to order at 6:40. Nancy reviewed the agenda
• Select Board Update (not present)
• RECAL PBC Update- NZiemlak provided an update on progress to date. Three
workgroups formed: Communications (nziemlak) Stakeholders/Design
(mshapleigh/jprato) Sustainability asazynski)
• Friends of Reading Seniors 60+: Launch Event very successful
• Elder & Human Services (EHS) Report Update on Noxious Odor remediation
• Trust Fund and ARPA Update and general discussion
• EHS Volunteer Update- Janet Dubrow provided an overview of volunteer recruitment to
date
• Ad Hoc Commemoration Establishment Committee (ACE) is seeking 1 Council of Aging
Member or designee(preference to someone who may have been in town during Russell's

to notify nziemlak if needed
• New Senior Center Plan of Action Workgroup-- 4 volunteers needed
