Monday, April 7, 2025
Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of April 7, 2025 convened at 6:00 P.M. in
person in the Berger Room at Reading Town Hall.
Present: Virginia Blodgett, Chairman
Ron Stortz, Vice Chair
Caitlin Salmon, Secretary
Brian Boyle
Carl McFadden
Absent:
Also Present: Michael Hannaford, Supervisor
Michael O'Halloran, Administration
Meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm by Ginny, seconded by Carl McFadden.
Review of Past Meeting Minutes
The minutes of February 3, 2025 were reviewed and approved as written by a
vote of 5-0, on a motion by Carl McFadden seconded Brian Boyle.

• New process for Board Members
o Fill out forms of process to continue on the Board
Would it be ok with the Board to put out the Revolutionary Markers and flags for Patriots Day
and the 250a'?
• Ginny has the marker and flags — Board is ok to have them out for April W .
Walk at Laurel Hill — through Old South Church
• 6:30pm — Cemetery is open at that time so wouldn't be an issue
General Business
Wood End — Still have a lot of people parking out back and walking their dogs
• Sign will be coming down along with the Kiosk
• Temporary barrier is there currently there but sign and barrier will he coming
down by Memorial Day
Clean-ups at all cemeteries have been going smoothly.
Next Meeting Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:00.
