Call to Order:
Eric Gaffen calls the meeting to order at 6:00 PM via zoom
Roll call, Eric G. confirms enough members are present to hold the meeting.
Avenda Item: Discussion and Approval of Meetine Minutes
Richard H. motion to approve the meeting minutes from the 1/27/2025 meeting.
Kate Kaminer seconds the motion. Open for discussion.
Laura N. requests two changes to the meeting minutes, changes accepted.
Roll Call Vote: All in favor, minutes approved 7-0
Rich H. makes motion to accept the Reading Little League proposal/gift to update and renovate
the Hunt Snack Shack. Lauren N. seconds.
Discussion: Rich H. asks if this goes to Public Works. Jim S. explains the process, states the
Town Manager would sign off on the gift then present it to the Select Board. Kate K. asks if
Town has to approve the construction company. Jim S. explains the process, mentions the
Building Department would be making sure the process is being followed.
Vote for approval: 6-0, 1 recusal Bob W. current board member of Reading Little League.

Recreation Administrator Update:
Jim S. reminds the Recreation Committee of the upcoming Public Forum for Birch Meadow
Phase 11 on February, 25th.
Chuck R. makes a motion to adjourn. Mike C. seconds motion.
7-0 vote, meeting adjourned 6:09PM.
