Meeting called to order at 7:03PM
Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve raised and seconded. Unanimously approved.
Treasurer Report
We are still waiting on a few submissions from this past year. Some reimbursements have been
submitted since the last meeting. There are six grant recipients who have not provided receipts
for reimbursement; they only have until January 11. Steve reminded everyone whose receipts
were still outstanding of the deadline prior to the holidays.
Applicant Deliberations
Each applicant's amount was reviewed and adjusted accordingly, bringing the requested funds
down to the amount we have available to grant.
Letters need to go out by January W. Liz will send a copy of last year's letter to Ashley and
Steve. Ashley graciously offered to help with this process.
Mist:
We talked about sharing other funding sources with those who we do not fully fund, such as
MCC and REF.
