ZBA Case #24-20 —119 Winthrop Ave
Andrew Grasberger opened the continuance of public hearing for use #24-20 —119 Winthrop Ave by
reading the legal notice into the record and swearing in members of the public wishing to speak.
Andrew Grasberger inquired whether the applicant had any new updates to present to the Board. lames
Gallagher responded by presenting the updated plans, which featured a revised 7.59' side -yard setback,
replacing the original 5.59'side-yard setback. He also noted that the applicant had obtained a signed
letter of support from their direct abutting neighbors at 113 Winthrop Ave.
Grasberger read the abutters' letter into the record, which confirmed that the neighbors had no
objections to the project.
The Board was satisfied with the updates received.
Cynde Hartman made a motion to approve the Variance for Case 424-20 — 119 Winthrop Ave. Taylor
Gregory seconded the motion and it was approved 5-0-0.
Vote was 5-0-0 (Grasberger, Hartman, Capone, Gregory, Cridler)
