Topics of Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 7:41 PM.
Discussion of Membership
• There will be an interview next week for a candidate to join the Bylaw Committee
Discussion of Snow Removal Bylaw
• Jesse Arnold and Jason Clarke will collaborate on developing a presentation.
• The Committee agreed on two nights for public meetings — Wed Feb 5 (hybrid, Select Board
room at Town Hall) and Tues Feb I I (zoom). 7pm start time for both meetings.
• Matt Kraunelis will see if DPW can attend to be able to answer questions
Future Agenda Items
• Laura Gemme reported that ELVIS still needs to do more research on the electronic voting
option.
• The Bylaw Committee needs to finish a complete review of the bylaws. Laura Gemme will send
out what her staff was able to put together from minutes of past Bylaw Committee meetings.
• There may be additional warrant articles that require Committee input leading up to the April
meeting.
Jason Clarke made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by Liz Sullivan. This motion passed with a
roll call vote of 310 and the meeting adjourned at 8:23pm.
