o Approval Day of by Mike Hannaford
Motion by Ron Stortz to allow and approve the Full Moon Walk on January 13, seconded by
Caitlin Salmon. Unanimously voted to refuse. Reasons:
• Liability
• Safety
• Parking
• Participants and lack of event information (their safety and the stones).
Gravestone Restoration Update
• No new Updates
• Mike H will reach out to Rob to see if he wants to do any more work over the
winter at his shop.
• Not a lot of funding left, so there would be minor fixes left.
Wood End Update
• Survey of the Cemetery is underway
• Some adjustments may be made to layout depending on the survey results
General Business
Ginny has reached out to Will Valliere about new markers for Veterans at Laurel Hill.
Conservation: Sign placed at the back of Wood End that is seen from the street. People are
thinking it is a sign that heads a trail. Hunters are parking on the grass early in the morning to
access the trails.
Next Meeting Monday, February 3, 2025 at 6:00.
Adieum
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 by Ron Stortz and second by Brian Boyle.
