Meeting was held in-person and by video conference
• Discussed potential Eagle Scout projects for the TF tentatively planned for the spring of
2025. Evan Audley will review the alternatives and return to the TFC with his project
proposal.
• Discussed the bids for Phase 4 of the dead tree removal program. The low bid was $77,214
from Mayer Tree Service. Contract execution is underway. The work will be scheduled
ASAP. DPW will put up warning signs in the TF before the work begins.

changes to the animal control section of the General Bylaw. Comments will be incorporated
into the next draft which will be discussed at the next TFC meeting.
• Discussed draft language for TF entrance signs that will reflect the recent Bylaw changes.
Comments will be incorporated into the next draft which will be discussed at the next TFC
meeting. The Town will establish a phone number for residents to call the Animal Control
Officer to report violations of the Bylaw.
• Discussed Phase 5 of the Invasive Plant Control program. B. Sullivan will begin the permit
application process with Mass Wildlife. The application will primarily include the areas of the
Invasive Plant Management Plan not previously treated but will also include maintenance
activities in areas treated under Phases 1 — 4 so that invasive plants do not become re-
established. Conservation Commission approval will also be required.
