Topics of Discussion:
The meeting was held via a Zoom Conference Call
Welcome to Members and Guests
• Margot DeNoie Kastrinos ask to be added to the mailing list
• RCAC needs to do a hand-off between Ray & another member of the social media
and mailing list
• Ray will meet with a another member (TBD) for coffee to go over the accounts
Ray is stepping away from RCAC to serve full time on the RMLD Board
• Ray will no longer be reporting on the Killam effort to RCAC
• Carolyn and Gena will continue to report on the process and engage with the
Killam working groups as well as attend public meetings
MBTA Communities update
• Additional data is scheduled for mid-July
o This conflates with RCAC meeting
• Request has been made to reduce the number of RCAC meeting during the
summer
Ray has stated that this is possible but is up to the "new" committee
(3 new members have been formally added) on how they want to
proceed
o Like to do a single meeting in July.
August is TBD
• Gena was unable to attend the last Killam meeting as he was on travel

• Engagement stemmed from discussion that occurred during Friends and Family
day
• Ray sent a letter as a follow up to the teacher
• Ray suggested doing presentations at the library, but pending interes of the
middle schoolers
Gena gave a presentation on the Tree & Canopee preservation (attached)
• Travis suggested we add a developer(s) to the reach out effort
