Meeting called to order at 6:01 pm.
Pat Tompkins began discussing the ranking of the three finalists.
• CHA
• Turner, Townsend & Heery
• Colliers
The interview team was comprised of Nancy Twomey, Nancy Ziemlack, and John Coote.
The front runner is Turner, Townsend & Heery - All three members agreed.
Members of the PBC all gave examples of why Turner, Townsend & Heery ranked highest.
The overall ranking is as follows:
1. Turner, Townsend & Heery
2. CHA
3. Colliers
The Committee voted on the ranking order 1-3. The Committee then voted to negotiate with
Turner, Townsend & Heery.
Once a contract is finalized, the architect and OPM will be at a future PBC Meeting.

The Teams will be comprised of PBC members and a town staff member to be named.
Pat Tompkins, Mark Dockser and Nancy Ziemlack will onboard the OPM and get things
rolling.
The meeting minutes from 8-19-24 were approved as amended.
The meeting adjourned at 6:46 pm.
