Pat Tompkins walked the Committee through the OPM process for the Center for Active
Living Project. The plan is to mirror the same process used for hiring the Killam OPM.

The decision was made to put together a new evaluation criteria that will allow for more
accurate rankings and follow the RFQ more closely.
The temporary PBC members voted on the subcommittee for the OPM selection for the
Center for Active Living process - It will be 3 members. (2 permanent members and 1
associate member.)

The vote was unanimous.
The Committee then discussed the scope of the Facilities Master Plan Scope Section.
The Committee would like to also see programmatic needs incorporated into the study -
This will capture future needs not only from a condition's standpoint.
Talking to Town Departments and School Principals will be a key component to assess needs
for the Facilities Master Plan.
