Mr. Sullivan began with the updates to the proposed plans from the various requests from the
last Conservation meeting. A foundation drain to daylight to the retaining wall in the back has
been added. A site fill diagram has been added to the packet online to view. Mr. Dribin is still
concerned with the watershed analysis and how it will still impact the performance of the
wetlands. However, some of this analysis is outside of the Conservations jurisdiction. Ms. Moore
is agreeing with Mr. Dribin that she would like to see the front yard graded in the other directions
so the vernal pool is not as affected by the way the water would run off after a home has been
built. Mr. Sullivan reminded the Commission that this area is 200-feet away from the vernal pool
but the builder has agreed that can be done as well as the pitch of the sewer pipe. Mr. McCants
spoke to remind the Commission that what they may be concerned about the water flow, is still
outside of their Conservation jurisdiction. Tom Finn- 126 Forest Street, also concerned with the
watershed analysis and how the flow of the water may disturb the vernal pool area. Patricia
Tackach- 111 Forest Street, thankful to the Commission for their thorough work on this project
and would like to see the water flow to the vernal pool not be disturbed. Kathy McGlathery- 104
Forest Street, wanted to thank the Commission for advocating for the Wetlands and the builder
for making the requested changes. A condition of the Wildlife Corridor is it will be preserved in
perpetuity in its natural state as well as using only wildlife friendly lighting. The Commission
wants 3- years and 100% survivability of all trees and SO% of the shrubs. All trash removal on
the property before work begins.
