Meeting minutes from 3/18/24 and 5/15/24 were approved as submitted. The Board wted on and approved the application for the Center for Active Living Project submitted by the Select Board. The Committee discussed the ability to use the House Doctor Contract and the legality of using from beyond schematic as an OPM. The thought is that beyond schematic we would need to change OPM's due to potentiat legal issues and allowable dollar limit under the House Doctor Contrect. Joel Bargmann from BH+A spoke about progress to date including the feasibility study. Next step is to approve a site and move forward to schematic design. The Committee recommended using the PBCs funds for the Center Por Active Living Project to hire Gienapp Design through schematic design under the House Doctor Contract and spend the SOK provided if it is approved by Town Coun[il. The Committee vo[ed to approve [he draft Facilities Assessment. Joe Huggins spoke about the Facilities Master Plan. The proposal will be sent to all Members for review and discussed at the next PBC meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:24 pm. Page I 1
