ZBA Case #24-04 — 4 Morgan Park
Mr. Andrew Grasberger opened the public hearing for Case # 24-04-4 Morgan Park by reading the legal
notice into record and swearing in members of the public wishing to speak.
Mr. Jack Sullivan, the project engineer representing the homeowners, provided a brief overview of the
project. He noted this is a pre-existing non -conforming lot and structure located in the 5-15 zoning
district. The proposed work includes a one-story addition with a porch extension. The current front yard
setback measures 11.5 feet at the nearest point and 13.9 feet at the farthest point. The new front yard
setback for the proposed porch would be 13.9 feet, and extend to 14.8 feet at the farthest point, which
is no closerthan what already existed. He also noted that the drainage ditch in the back caused some
limitations.

Ms. Cynde Hartman asked if the addition itself meets the setback requirements and the only issue was
the porch, which would not create anew non -conformity. Mr. Jack Sullivan confirmed she was correct.

property. Mr. Jack Sullivan confirmed it was another lot.
There was no public comment to be made.
