This transcription is considered to be a part of the minutes. The board has questions about the completeness and general information provided to the board with regard to Mr. Tousssim's accidental disability application. Attorney Poser believes that it is important to get the medical records of Dr. William Rubin, Robert Toussaint's primary care physician at the time of his alleged work-related injury on 5/18/99. Dr. William Rubin is no longer in practice and neither the retirement board administrator nor Robert Toussaint has been able to obtain his records. Attorney Pow asked Attorney Danahy to pursue this. Attorney Poser and the board agree that the board will accept the medical records directly from Attorney Danahy as long as he has a chain of custody and can show the records are complete and from where they were obtained. Acting Chairman Seferian informed Mr. Toussaint and Attorney (Danahy that the board will take this matter under advisement and will inform Mr. Toussaint of further proceedings. Joseph Veno moved to adjourn to open session. SECONDED BY: Richard Foley ROLL CALL VOTE: Joseph Veno Aye Richard Foley Aye Daniel Seferian Aye Henry J.nBou soneao, 1" elected Richard P.
