Entered Executive Session at 9.05 a.m.
Conduct Scresnlno Interviews
Mr. Lynch facilitated interviews with three of seven candidates. The Committee asked follow up questions.
The interviews ended at 1:07 p.m.
Discussion of Candidate Recommendations
Committee members discussed all seven candidates and agreed to recommend four finalists to the full Select Board.
Ms. McCarthy's possible conflict of interest was resolved, and she was reinstated as Chair.
Lannon made a motion to recommend four candidates to the Select Board for interviews on Saturday,
January 27 with the caveat that if two or more of these candidates withdraw from the search, the Committee
will reconvene to discuss other options. The motion was seconded by Dockser and approved 6-1 with a roll
call vote.

Mr. Lynch will contact the four candidates to schedule interviews. Ms. McCarthy noted that once the interviews am
confirmed, the names of the candidates would be announced at the January 16, 2025 Select Board meeting. Ms.
McCarthy thanked the Committee for their hard work. The Committee will need to meet one mom time to approve
meeting minutes unless two or more of the four candidates withdraw from the search.

Lannon moved to adjourn at 2:11 p.m. The motion was seconded by Dockser and approved 7-0 with a roll call
vote.
