COA called to order at 6:32
A question arose from Laura Stella, member of the public, regarding whether there has been
any interface with the Killam school committee. This member of the public stated that the two
initiatives are siloed.
There was discussion.
Joel Bergmann presented the Reading Center for Active Living Site Selection presentation.
Joel went through a thorough presentation on the Pleasant Street Site.
There was discussion and questions from the group.
Joel then presented on the Oakland Road site.
Joel then presented on the Symonds Way site.
Then, Joel moved to floor plan presentations for all three sites.
There was discussion and questions.
Joel then discussed the cost of each site buildout.
There were questions and discussion.
John Parsons made a motion to adjourn for COA at 8:17.
