Entered Executive Session at 6:23 p.m.
Discussion and review applications
Mr. Lynch reviewed the process. The committee reviewed nineteen applications. The discussion included
clarification of job titles and municipal governance structures (e.g., Town vs. city, elected vs. appointed, town
administrators vs town managers)
Selection of interview candidates
The committee selected seven candidates to interview through a discussion and voting.
Interview schedule
The committee will interview candidates on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 between 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (EST)
and Wednesday, January 3, 2024 between 8:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Interview questions
Mr. Lynch handed out a draft of questions for the interviews and asked committee members to review
them and get back to him as soon as possible with changes or concerns.
Adioumment
McCarthy moved to adjourn at 8:07 p.m. The motion was seconded by Dockser and approved 7-0.
