good condition, but definitely needs upgraded system (HVAC, electrical etc.).
bh+a will be meeting will be multiple groups, Elder Service, Reading Recreation, PSC
Staff. They will be planning for community outreach.
Mark Dockser provided an update with bh+a working with a smaller advisory group, in
addition to community outreach. Starting point that they're working is current PSC and
Symons Way, as well as potentially Oakland Rd, from a previous site consideration for
Early Education facility. Mark provided bh+a with previous work done at Oakland Rd.
The approach that bh+a is thinking Senior Center plus a Gym combination has a
Community Center.
