Mr. Sullivan explained how the Wetland delineation was verified with plans and pictures. The

Scientists. The Commission has multiple conditions that have been requested. Dead trees to be
included in the plan, new stockade fence, a memo to correct the delineation method, cut the ivy
vines from the tree and after garage is removed and the excavation is completed call Mr. Tirone
to do a site visit and review the roots of the trees in the back -yard bank to see N they need to
bee addressed. Commission also stated the importance to have daily cleanup of the site to keep
the Wetland resource protected from any debris that could cross the fence.

Assessor's Map 22 Lot 159 Dep File No. 270-0773
Ms. Boudreau updated the Commission on the conditions she was given. Ms. Boudreau
presented pictures and slides of her actions. The log pile was moved, the maintenance plan for
the pavers was given and a planting and removal plan was drawn out with specifics. Mr. Bowe
would like a more distinct planting plan and would like to see what is being planted and where.
This will help with making sure the survival rate will last throughout the years. Mr. McCants
would like to see more added in the planting plan to explain the back -right corner of the land
have a more defined buffer strip for that particular area. Mr. Tirone would like the proposed
planting plan to be amended with the particular native plants that will be added to the property.
Mr. Tirone would also like Ms. Boudreau to research the pavers further to decide on what she
would like to use in that specific area of the patio. There are differences in the installation and
maintenance of both options in the plan.
Motion to approve continuance to next meeting on July 26, 2023- Motioned by Brian Bowe,
Seconded by Bill McCants, 6-0-0, The votes were made by roll call vote.

Assessor's Map 29 Lot 57 RCC File No. 2023-15
The Commission conducted a site visit for this proposed plan. One of the collected concerns
was the amount of fill that was in the wetlands just behind the fence along the property line. The
Kerns plan to park their cars on the street and have the materials stock piles of the build in the
current driveway but a more detailed order of operations is requested of logistics with stock piles
and dumpsters on site and adding an erosion control plan. Mr. Tirone would like to add the past
addition of the home to the approval as it was not approved previously by the Conservation
Commission when it was done more than 15 years ago. Mr. Tirone would also like to see
confirmation from a structural engineer to approve the foundation as the home is being built up.
If there is more work on the foundation that needs to be done this plan would need to come
back to the Conservation Commission for further approval. Ms. Moore is requesting that the
Kerns remove some of the yard waste beyond the fence for mitigation as well as the removal of
invasive in that same area. A plan of how the construction site will be cleared daily and to avoid
any debris getting in to the resource area will also be needed.
Motion to approve continuance to next meeting on July 26, 2023- Motioned by Brian Bowe,
Seconded by Bill McCants, 6-0-0, The votes were made by roll call vote.

he thought it would just decompose naturally. The silt fence was installed with support of hay
bales behind for erosion control. The old black fence was removed. 80% of the riprap was
removed and taken away by a contractor and the rest will be used for decoration. The bases of
the trees in question had been cleared. Ms. Moore is requesting a silt sac be added to the storm
