The meeting was held at Mattera Cabin and brought to order at 6:34 pm
Topics of Discussion:
1.) Approve Minutes -

2.) Friends & Family Day Schedule -
The Trails Committee will be represented during town day.

3.) Women's League Donation
The Women's league donated $250 to the Trails Committee.
4.) Communication with Town Administrators—
Committee members are asked to go through Kathy or Will with any TC business for town
administrators
5.) Chainsaw Management
Chuck will work with Mike Hannaford to get TC members invited to chainsaw safety class
through DPW when they hold the next one
6.) Elections for Officers (Chairperson and Secretary)
Voted unanimously: Kathy Kelly will remain as Chair and Ray Vaillancourt will remain as
secretary.
Kathy stated that she will discontinue as chair in 2025.
7.) Charlie Mace from Troop 702 presented a proposal to remove and replace a bridge in
Bare Meadow near the cemetery entrance in early fall. Kathy and Chuck Tirane will be his
contacts.
Unanimously approved.
8.) Review Priority List
Kathy reviewed the project priority list which is unchanged from prior meeting.
9 ) Conservation Update
Chuck went over the permit to be submitted for the Lenetta Lane trail.
There will be a site walk with the conservation commission before the June 28 meeting
where this project will be discussed.
Maillet should be starting end of June or after the fourth.

Conservation is planning a new accessible pea stone trail from Pearl St entrance at Bare
Meadow to the viewing platform.
10.) Other
Kathy will look into having our generator serviced by DPW.
Kathy got information on metal trail blazes. Chuck reported that the Conservation
commission approved of new blazes attached to trees.
