Chair Martha Moore called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm. Hearings Scheduled: 0 Small Lane Assessor's Map 40 & 41 Lot 153, 155 & 29 Dep File No. 270-0748 Mr. Sullivan moved to continue this hearing at the applicant's request to the Commission meeting on August 24, 2022, seconded by Mr. Bowe, voted 4-0-0. 27 Blueberry Lane Location: 27 Blueberry Lane. Assessor's Mao 44. Lot 102 RCC File No. 2022-8 Mr. Canada said the new deck will be 22 x 12 a little bigger than the original deck. Mr. Dribin asked for additional erosion control near the driveway. Mr. Bowe asked about the construction access to the work area Ms. Moore asked about the 28 Tencho Metal Posts helical footings. Mr Tirone asked what kind of erosion control is being proposed. Mr. Canada said straw wattle. Mr. Tirone asked to have more erosion control on the northwest side of the site. Mr. Dribin moved to close this hearing, Mr. Bowe seconded voted 4-0-0 unanimous Mr. Dribin moved to issue a negative determination seconded by Brian Bowe voted 4-0-0 unanimous Page I I 550 West Street Assessor's Map 25 Lot 2 Dep File No. 270-0759 Mr. Bowe moved to continue this hearing at the applicant's request to the Commission meeting on August 24, 2022, seconded by Mr. Dribin, voted 4-0-0. 31 Harold Ave Assessor's Map 39 Lot 83, RCC File No. 2022-6 Mr. Bowe moved to continue this hearing at the applicant's request to the Commission meeting on August 24, 2022, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, voted 4-0-0. Old/New Business: Mr. Tirane reported that the Conservation Commission received a budget approval with an additional $500.00 grant to Conservation Commission for the budget. Mr. Tirone reported to the Conservation Commission that over the summer an additional 150 feet of boardwalk was constructed at Pinevale Conservation Area. Mr. Tirone updated the Commission about the bonds at 1503 and 1505 Main street. This was reviewed by Town Counsel and it was determined that the Bonds must be given to the current residents of the two properties after they receive a Certificate of Compliance. Mr. Bowe reported that a new violation letter was prepared for 30 Henzie. Mr. Tirone discussed RMLD lack of cooperation concerning alerting the Conservation Commission about work within the jurisdictional area Mr. Tirane also let the Commission that no new approval will be given until the IVMP is agreed to and signed. The Next Step volunteers were given an ice cream social at Cal's Creamery for all their hard work this summer. No correspondence, no emergency permits were issued 445 Pearl Street Mr. Tirone reached out to the owner but there was no response yet. The list of trees for removal provided by the Tree Warden was approved by the Commission Minutes for approval: July 13 minutes Mr. Sullivan moved to approve seconded by Mr. Dribin, voted 4-0-0. July 27 minutes Correction on Artis spelling. Mr. Dribin questioned the 550 West Street tree numbers/list it was decided to approve the minutes as transcribed by Mr. Bowe and not change the tree list in the minutes. Mr. Sullivan moved to approve seconded by Mr. Dribin, voted 4-". Mr. Tirone discussed 3 conservation signs that will be removed because they are in disrepair Motion to adjourn at 7:58 pm by Mr. Bowe, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, voted 4-0-0. Page 1 2
