This meeting was held remotely via Zoom.
Chair Martha Moore called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm.

Mr. Dribin asked if the Chair of the Conservation Commission and the CPDC could discuss the
cul de sac. Mt Tirone will provide the Conservation Commission with the CPDC decision.
Mr. Dribin moved to continue this hearing at the applicant's request to the Commission
meeting on August 10, 2022, seconded by Mr. Bowe, voted 4-0-0.

A site visit was set up for Wednesday, July 27 at 2:00
Mr. Bowe moved to continue this hearing at the applicant's request to the Commission
meeting on July 27, 2022, seconded by Mr. Dribin, voted 4-0-0.

The applicant wants to set up a meeting with Mr. Tirane the Conservation Administrator to
discuss the Certificate of Compliance for the property. The applicant believes the timing of the
issuance of the Certificate of Compliance sign -off allows the Conservation Restriction area to be
maintained as it was in 2015 and does not have to be returned to pre -2008 conditions and
undisturbed and unaltered vegetation.
Mr. Bowe moved to continue this hearing at the applicant's request to the Commission
meeting on July 27, 2022, seconded by Mr. Dribin, voted 4-0-0.
Old/New Business:
Arits Seinor Living bond request
Mr. Bowe moved to return the bond in full at 1102 Main Street, seconded by Mr. Sullivan,
voted 5-0-0.
FY23 Budget request, August 3 Mr. Tirane ask the Conservation Commission to attend the
Select Board meeting to support the budget request. It was decided to post the meeting to nullify
any quorum issues.
1505 Main Street Update on the bond. The request to have Town Counsel review the use of the
bond to finish up the work required in the Order of Conditions, still waiting for permission to
send the request out.
The Conservation Commission appointed Andrew Dribin Symonds Way Exploratory Committee
(SWEC)
Violation Notices, no action
The next DPW meeting is on July 19 at 1:00
The Next Step Volunteers are painting the Mattern Cabin
Sergey Aganezov attended the meeting to discuss the action needed to install the fence at 146
Willow Street and the old Order of Conditions for Town stream work.
