Topics of Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 5:23PM.
A motion was made and seconded to enter Executive Session under the provisions of Massachusetts
General Law 30A; Section 21(a)(8) to consider and interview applicants for employment. The Chair
declared that an open session will have a detrimental effect on obtaining qualified candidates. The
Screening Committee did not intend to reconvene in Open Session.
VOTED: Unanimously in favor by roll call vote.
