EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT/UPDATES
Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Proaram Update:
April Hap Report - 112 Vouchers leased with 2 out searching.
Maintenance Work Orders for Aoril
Total Count: 55 with all 55 being completed in the month of March
UPDATES
• March 16th , accompanied by Charlie and Margaret, participated in a zoom call with
Town staff and representatives of Mass Housing on eligibility requirements for the
Housing Planning Production grant.
• Mach 20th, met with Fidel Maltez to review the draft memo for conveyance of
Oakland Road Property
• Fall prevention clinic hosted by resident services coordinator Kristin Murphy on March
22nd.
• Resident Meeting held on March 23r°.
• Danna and Katie attended North Shore Executive Directors Association training on
mental health conditions and managing the needs in today's climate.
• RHA will now offer direct debit pay for rents. Forms will be mailed In the upcoming
weeks for resident participation.
• Participated in DHCD Resident Services Grant presentation to new and returning RSC
Grant Awardees on March 24.
• Working with Operation ABLE to be host agency for a senior employment
opportunity. This program allows an income eligible senior to work 20 hours a week
as RHA staff and is paid through the program.
