Topics of Discussion:
Meeting Called to order: 6:30
Topic of Discussion: Vote on the proposal to release the updated version of the Tour Of
the Pleasant Street Center video to Town Meeting Members and to the Community at
Large.
A 50 minute discussion regarding the content of the video and timing of releasing the
video ensued. Both pro's and con's were discussed. An error in video regarding the
handicapped parking spots in the back lot was identified, if this is incorrect all agreed
that this needs to fixed before release.
A motion was made that we vote on releasing the video as part of our commitment to
the COA outreach effort to bring awareness to the community regarding the
shortcomings of the Pleasant Street Center.
The motion was seconded and the motion passed unanimously by all voting members
present.
Discussion then continued concerning the pro's and con's of releasing the video to
Town Meeting. One option was showing the video at Town Meeting and the other
option was to distribute the video to Town Meeting members by the Town Clerk via
email.

A motion was made that Marilyn Shapleigh write an introduction to the video to be
included in the email to Town Meeting members that the Town Clerk will email to all
Town Meeting members.
A second of the motion was made and all members voted in the affirmative.
Marilyn ended the meeting by thanking everyone for making these hard decisions. Here
we are going to town meeting with our stance so we are actually accomplishing a lot
and I'm very grateful to everybody's participation. We learn as we move forward and
gain experience. We make mistakes but hopefully we'll make more success than
mistakes.
A motion to adjourn at 8PM, seconded and all members voted in the affirmative.
