Ginny will try to join the Zoom meeting to answer any questions. Will be in Town Meeting Warrant either way. Historic Headstone Rubbings: A large box of Laurel Hill gravestone rubbings that were done for the bicentennial were found in the basement of the Library. Currently they are being digitized so they can be viewed/printed. Only problem is two stones — the two known slaves were not done. Would the board have a problem if they were done now to complete the set. Motion made by Ginny to have Jocelyn Gould make rubbings of those two graves. Seconded by Bill and approved by a vote of 4-0. Question to the committee — Would there be a way to mark out some of the Veteran's graves? Could the Satellite be a possibility to mark at least the most difficult ones — the "Old Cemetery". Mike will find out if it is possible — he will touch base with the survey department. Next Meeting — October 4, 2022 at 6:OOpm. Adjourn The meeting adjourned at 6:16 PM. Respectfully submitted, Caitlin Salmon, Secretary Page 1 2
