Review minutes, vote on acceptance
None.
Energy Survey (4,122 responses received out of 12,000 surveys)
• Genady complete over 1200 forms
• Walt completed 1200 forms
• Dave tallied 830 forms
• Dave to finish 791 forms this weekend
• Need to capture comments guide future actions
• Need to consolidate datasets
• Need to summarize the data for distribution to Select Board, RMLD and
Community
• Future surveys needed to see penetration of HP into community
Friends and Family Day (lune 11)
• Dave and Ray there for the whole event
• Kid activity was simple yet engaging
• Good discussion with people considering systems
• Referred others to RMLD for specific quotations for rebates
• Travis provided the mini -split unit
• 3 bags of lollypops were distributed

Other Community Outreach
• Less excited about Town Fair, as it is too hectic for engaging conversation
• Need to promote more of our skills
• Promote the Sustainability Director role
Sustainability Director / Senior Planner
• Fidel Maltez adding some sustainability duties to Andrew MacNichol role
• Dave spoke with Andrew about the Sustainability Director resources
• Priority project is for Solar Farm
• Biking or walking projects are suggested ideas
o Connection to Wakefield/Lynnfleld rail trail
o Designate preferred roads for biking
o Trail from Matterra to Town Forest
• Invite Andrew to attend a meeting in August
• Other water management projects
• Sustainability spreadsheet available for discussion or sharing
Polystyrene Containers Draft Bylaw (Dave Zeek)
• Bylaws for polystyrene and single use items presented as separate items
• Recommend moving forward with just the polystyrene containers
• Revisit single use issue once we define more examples
• Develop example of cost savings
• More information is needed with respect to enforcement with the single use items
• Share with Town Manager and Select Board
New Members Needed
• Jeff to end member role effective lune 1
• Opening for new members, Travis and Walt to consider positions
• Celeste Kracke announced her resignation
Summer Social Gathering
• Ray to send out a survey of possible dates
• Walt to offer his deck as a location in August
