Accepted as amended the meeting minutes for 10/14/2020
RCAC Website Review
• Peter comments on the content on the Town's Website
• Need to find who prepared the Town's website and how we provide links to our
own Wordpress website.
• Needs to identify the traffic to the Town's website
• Traffic on the Wordpress site has been limited, although there has been more
traffic recently
• Wordpress site can be reached from About page in Facebook
• Retaining Facebook is still needed to for social media content events
• Facebook page can reach over 200 people on a post.
• Changes to the Town website would be difficult to maintain
• Wordpress site format changes over time and needs someone to maintain
continuity
• There is value to know what we have, and define the best place to put the
material in a new site.
• Update "Quick Links" section of Town Website
• JH Everson Consulting can be a resource for creating a Wordpress site
• Clean up the Wordpress site, by hiding from view those pages with limited or older
content

Stretch Code Article for Town Meeting
• Dave reviewed article to be presented at Town Meeting
• Goal to become a Green Community
• Code includes language that includes future editions, amendments or
modifications to the code
• Payments into the Renewable Energy Trust is complicated by being one of several
communities in the RMLD service area
• Stretch Code Educational Session on 10/29
Gas Leaks Audit
• Select Board decided to go onto the Phase 2 high methane areas
• Town Engineer is tasked to follow-up work.

• CPDC is meeting to discuss the project
