Minutes from October 9, 2019 accepted as amended
Ongoing Business:
• National Grid Meeting in Arlington (10/15)
• David Zeek attended and shared observations from the event.
• Natural Gas Survey Proposal
• Proposal for warrant to the Town Meeting is being prepared.
• Meeting with the Finance Committee
• Celeste attended the Finance Committee meeting to coordinate sustainability
issues.
• Celeste also viewed the Permanent Building Committee presentation to FinComm
and School Committee meetings recordings.
• Funding issues for Coolidge heating system to be addressed in April.
• Energy use at Woodend is the highest energy user ($/sf)
• An options for contracting is "performance contracting"
• Assess schedule for Town buildings ongoing
• Some data on energy usage was gathered and discussed
• Energy Service Contract (ESCo) - Performance Contractor Report?
