Ongoing Business:
• Bylaw Committee -Residency Requirement
• Should person be on a committee who is not a resident of Reading?
• Discussion:
• Person with specialized knowledge or experience may be a benefit to a committee
• Non-resident might be a non-voting or associate member
• Phase out of resident leaving the committee so knowledge can be transferred
• Instructional Motions
• Implement a program for legacy trees
• Join Mass Green Communities to obtain grants from State Utilities Fund
• Adopt more renewable energy including vehicles
Sustainability Plan
• Key topics Health, Food, Waste, and Climate Change.
• Also, Building, Transportation

o Lexington Plan to achieve net zero (MAPC).
o Inventory of electrical capability of residences (Wakefield G&E)
