SC made VA & CK voting members. 186 Summer Ave - No news from Town Counsel, Ivria Fried, regarding her efforts to hear back from the owner. The Select Board may be discussing the next steps at a future meeting. SC will email Ivria and Fidel Maltez (cc PD) for a status update. 583 Main St - Andrew Machlichol, Town Planner at Town Hall, is hoping to find a location to store one of the urns in case a future owner wishes to replicate this design. if there is something in the CPDC decision regarding keeping some historic attributes, we will need to check with the Building Inspector to make sure they comply. SC will obtain the CPDC decision and forward to JEB who will follow up with the B.I. on this. 25 Haven - JEB attended the CPDC meeting, but the applicant did not attend the meeting. His attorney attended and requested another continuation. This property will be on their agenda on January 90. CPDC directed that prior to the continued hearing date, the applicant to follow the provision in the CPDC Design Guidelines that requires RHC approval for any changes to the building. In tonight's Chronicle there was an article mentioning this location as a possible location for a new Senior Center. Inventory Additions - There are two properties; 158 Salem and 115 Easton St; that SB has created Forth B's for. We will review these forms next month. Hazard Mitigation Committee - SC will ask Andrew for updates that impact historic sites/materials. Page I 1 Cell Equipment - 1 Summit Dr Discussed the proposed cell phone tower project and do not see that there will be any impact on historic properties in that area. SC will send a letter with this opinion. RMHS Speaker - The speaker was ill so the December event has been rescheduled to February 9, 2023. Archives - Donations - Autograph books, papers and letters found in someone's attic. The group reviewed items to determine what should be assessed into the Archives. Motion: SC moved that we assess all item except the student reports including 2 autograph books. SRS seconded. VOTE 5-0. Finances SRS will check with Amanda about how we get and use the ARPA funds that the SB has approved for distribution to RHC's account. SC will check with the library (Amy/loselyn) about sharing inventory software. SRS shared the most recent budget balances. New Business There are still 2 utility boxes that needs to be completed by Franklin Marvel, the artist commissioned by RHC on the vinyl wrap artwork project. JEB will follow up with him. We do not expect it to be done until the spring. Minutes Motion: to accept the minutes from October 12, 2022 as amended SRS motion, JEB seconded, vote 5-0.
