Topics of Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 7 pm. SC appointed VA as a voting member
186 Summer Avenue
SC has been in touch with Fidel and Ivria. VA brought an article about another
community in a similar situation that got a property into receivership. The group
discussed if this could be an option here in Reading. SC will contact Ivria and Fidel
regarding this concept.
583 Main Street
JEB will follow up with Andrew to check on the status.
25 Haven Street
The meeting with CPDC has been postponed until February 61h. This property may
still be on the market. If ownership changes the new owner will need to reapply
to the RHC and repeat the demolition delay hearing process.

Homes to add to the inventory (158 Salem St/ 115 Eaton St)
SB shared copies of the Form B's for these properties. SC will schedule a hearing
for these additions to the list to be held March 8th.
Map of Houses on the Inventory
CK will review MHC Inventory list with our list to avoid the discrepancies so that
the Town's GIS maps can be updated.
Archives
Discussed getting someone to help in the Archives along with options for
replacing the Archives inventory control software.
Finances
Discussed Karen Herrick's concerns about how the RHC and some other
commissions are grouped together in the town budget. This is being revised so
next fiscal year, RHC's annual budget will be reinstated as a separate budget line
item.
Annual Report
SC will work on the Annual Report and send around for input.
130 Haven St (Post Mark Square)
JEB stopped by to discuss having the property owner accept RHC's preservation
award plaque and schedule a formal presentation event, but has not heard back.
SB will contact someone that owns a condo there who may be able to help us get
it installed; if this doesn't work maybe contacting the homeowner's association.
ACE Flats
CK will check if they have installed the historical information we provided about
the property.
Officers for 2023
Discussed changes in positions in the future.
New Business
