The Board feels we would have a better turnout with less errors by our voters, causing some ballots to be disqualified". "Our regulations at 840 CMR 7.03(3) and 7.07 take into account that technology is probably going to improve and electronic elections likely will be forthcoming. PERAC, however, doesn't know the best way to conduct elections in that manner, so we are requiring the board to figure out the process and send it to us for approval. If you can figure it out, we'd love to approve it. I agree that turnout would be MUCH better. Thanks."
