Approve minutes Unanimous 2. Eagle Project Jeffrey Lonks proposes to repair 30 feet of Alligator Alley as an Eagle Project This includes the section that is currently sinking. The committee unanimously approved the general construction with the caveat that ground -contact grade joists should be used. 3.) ARPA Request Page I i nnVm, nlnp! Town of Reading Meeting Minutes There is no update available on the ARPA funding request. Dave Williams reports that it was well received when proposed. 4.) Summer Work Update Will Finch reported that the Next Step volunteers worked very efficiently and followed all instructions in doing their work. 5.) Grant Update We did not get the grant for which we applied. 6. Conservation Update Approval for ongoing trail maintenance was extended for five years 7.) Other Business After some discussion we decided that our next priorities are Pinevale (especially graffiti) and Veteran's Way. Ray Vaillancourt and Tom Gardiner will follow up on graffiti in Pinevale. We also discussed doing more surveying the right of way to Cedar Swamp off Haverhill St. Will Finch will reach out. Dave Williams suggested resurrecting the Fall Foliage Walk in the Town Forest for the end of October. We will put it on the agenda for a future meeting. 8.) Adjourned at 8:20pm. Approved unanimously.
