Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm
The meeting minutes from the 4-4-2022 were reviewed and approved.
Ryan Percival gave an update on the Water Tower Project. Pat Tompkins commented on the
good job the General Contractor had done on the site. Demolition will begin this week and
will take about one month to complete. Ryan gave the group details about upcoming
activities on the site including lead and arsenic removal in the soil. A master schedule has
been submitted which Ryan will send to the Permanent Building Committee (PBC).
Joe Huggins gave an update on the Turf 1 Project, NORESCO Phase II Project, Police Station
Expansion and Parker Roof.
The Committee began its discussion on the Killam Project and the forming of the School
Building Committee as well as the makeup of the committee.
Fidel Maltez gave an update on the Killam upcoming deadlines.
Accepting the project by the PBC.
Formation of the Committee.
Funding of the 2.2 million for schematic design at November Town Meeting.
The Committee accepted the application for Killam as a project.

The Committee began to assign roles per Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA)
guidelines for voting and non-voting members of the School Building Committee.

Fidel Maltez gave an update on the Senior Center Project and timelines leading up to the
project.
