This meeting was held remotely on zoom. Meeting called to order at 6:03 PM.
The meeting minutes from the 3-7-2022 were reviewed and approved.
Ryan Percival gave an update on the Water Tower Project. Project is on schedule - looking
into mid-May for equipment to be on site and begin demo of existing tank and tower.
Monopole is up and contingency funds appear to be adequate at this time.
General discussion on what the Permanent Building Committee would like to see from Ryan
Percival on a monthly basis.
Pat Tompkins discussed how the committee will report to the town on the Municipal
Buildings.
Joe Huggins gave an update on the status of Facilities Capital Projects (Noresco, Turf I, and
Police Department Expansion).
The committee discussed the potential Klllam School Project.
Fidel Maltez, Town Manager, discussed the time link for the project's acceptance by MSBA
and the process by which the town will form a Building Committee for the project.
New business was introduced, Greg Stepler spoke about Carbon Management.
Meeting adjourned at 7:27 pm.
