This meeting was held remotely on Zoom. Meeting called to order at 6:07 PM.
The meeting minutes from the 1-10-2022 were reviewed and approved as modified
Kevin Cabuzzi talked about Parker Middle School roof project being delayed. He also spoke
about the questions the Committee had for Gienapp. All the questions have been
addressed.
Ryan Percival spoke about progress on the Water Tower Project. Land stripping to start this
week or next. Ryan stated Town is not responsible for additional charges for snow or Ice.
John Coote asked about any lead in new tank. Ryan Percival stated there is no lead or
asbestos.
Nancy Twomey talked about the new Committee set up by the Select Board to look into the
possibility of a new Senior Center - very early stages. Looking for feedback from public.
John Coote asked if it will be a "Senior Center" or "Community Center". Answer depends on
what the public wants.
John Coote asked about projects being driven by cost vs cost 8, carbon footprint or
environmental impact. Will the committee need to be cognizant of this? Future discussion
to follow.
