Topics of Discussion:
E. Sisson opens up meeting at 7:03pm. M. Coltman makes a motion to approve the
October meeting minutes. C. Robinson seconds. Roll call vote occurs. Minutes
approved 7-0.
E. Sisson states that she is following up on the communication sent out to the
Recreation Committee on the RECALC group who is exploring a new Senior Center
or Intergenerational/Community Center. She says that M. Coltman will be acting as
a liaison for the Recreation Committee since he was the only one who expressed
high interest.
M. Coltman gives an update on the first RECALC meeting. He states there are 7
people on the committee, including Mark Dockster as the Select Board liaison. The
goal right now is for the consultant to start with a needs assessment.
E. Sisson states that A. Binda asked if it is necessary Select Board formalizing their
approval of the Birch Meadow Master Plan and wanted the Recreation Committee to
discuss. Emily also adds that this topic was brought up at the Select Board meeting
and is now being explored with legal.
G. Fiorente gives a brief update on Recreation and states that programs will be
going live on December 1V.
M. Coltman makes a motion to adjourn at 7:20pm. C. Robinson seconds. Roll call
vote occurs. Motion passes 7-0.
