This process is almost exclusively governed by statute. •The purpose of posting requirements are to eliminate favoritism, fraud and corruption; avoid misuse of public funds; and stimulate market place competition, and attract vendors. •The procurement process is not to obtain feedback and input on the project. •The Procurement Office is and will continue to be responsive to residents questions and request for information.
