It was necessary to conduct this meeting at this time so that any abatements that were granted would be included in the upcoming tax billing. An information packet was emailed to BOA members which also contained recommended actions on abatement applications from Director Santaniello. His recommendations and notes are established practices. Our meeting began promptly at 7:00 p.m. with members urged to call Director Santaniello with any questions at all. One call was received and the question was answered. The Board of Assessors voted unanimously the recommended actions by Director Santaniello. Below is a list of those abatements granted and/or denied for this meeting Granted: R2, RS, R4, R11, R13, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R23, R25, R26, R27, R31, R32, R35, R36, R29, PP10, PP24. Denied: RS, R7, R3, R6, C8, R9, R12, R14, R22, R33, R40, R28, R34, C30, C37, C38, C39, In addition, one Clause 18 abatement was granted. With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. Page I 1
