Welcome/Touch base on how things are going. il. Review minutes from 11/05/20 Minutes were approved III. Review & Feedback: Coolidge Mission, Vision, and Strategic Objectives (worked on last time). • Moved first sentence of the mission to the first sentence of the vision. • In the first sentence of the second paragraph of the Coolidge goal we removed the word utilize because it was used twice • Keeping Objective B - Connection, Identity and Empathy because it is important to keep it separate. • Objective C - change interrupt to disrupt • Change "we will learn about" to "we will acknowledge and disrupt practices, mindsets, curriculum and systems..." IV. Review SIP Strategic Initiatives. • Initiative for objective C changed to "Newsletter will contain links to articles and resources the staff is using in their equity work." • Initiative for objective A added "Complete caregiver surveys regarding the hybrid learning experience." • Outcomes for Objective A add "Utilize vertical and MCAS data as a measure of progress, gaps, and to help identify areas of focus. V. Plan for next steps/ action items. Page 1 • There was a discussion around conferences and why middle school doesn't have set days for parent/teacher conferences. Middle school has time built into its schedule to provide times for parents to schedule meetings throughout the school year. Elementary and High School doesn't have that flexibility. It was mentioned that maybe teachers can offer office hours. • Create a caregiver survey regarding the hybrid learning experience.
