Work Dates Kim will ask permission from the Town Manager if we are allowed to do work on the trails. NO outside volunteers (or only experienced volunteers) and only 6 people at one time (use time slots). Have Moynihan drop lumber at the end of Hunt Street. Work on trails first 3 weekends in June (depending on permission and materials). Should we cut the decking at the cabin? (Only need 2 people for cutting.) Tools missing! Maybe we should get new locks for the garage? Need a new chop saw. And we need drills, batteries, and battery charger. John Kastrinos - new volunteer and possible liaison with mountain bikers? 2. Who is available on Work Days Wait until we get approval from Town. 3. Scope of Work Start work from Hunt Street side (2ia crew from other end, if necessary). Do cutting at cabin? 4. T-Shirts Wait until tools have been purchased before deciding on t-shirts, banners, etc. Page I I Other tools needed: • Weed whacker • Blades for saws • Varying lengths of levels • Buckthorn puller Pine Ridge Trail - boardwalk needs work - side project by Kathy?
