This meeting was held remotely on Zoom. Meeting called to order at 6:06 PM.
Dale Gienapp began the enrollment study presentation using power point.
Meeting was aired live on RCN.
Pat Tompkins had comments on Barrows and Joshua Eaton, relative to the study.
Dale Gienapp discussed the MSBA standards for sizing schools at 160 sq. ft. per student and
how that number relates to sizing a school.
Dr. Doherty then began to talk about the next steps for a potential project.
The discussion on the enrollment ended at 7:25 PM.
The minutes for 11-2-20 were accepted as submitted.
The Police Station checklist was reviewed with no changes.
The Town Hall checklist was discussed next. The group made changes in each category.

The Town Manager and Pat Tompkins talked about adding the Cemetery Garage, Mattera
Cabin and Snack Shack to the list of buildings to be assessed.
